CNBC's Jim Cramer, host of "Mad Money," says he isn't surprised many investors who took huge losses in the 2008 meltdown are hesitant to return to the financial markets.
Cramer brought his show to Tulane University on Tuesday where he fielded questions from a crowd of hundreds dominated by business students. As always, he repeated his mantra: "There always is a bull market somewhere."
