salu is our favorite...i would love to try the chicken and mango salad, the crab soup that was soup of the day yesterday (they ran out last night) it sounded great, the empanadas, lamp lollipops are always a must, crispy fried manchego cheese sticks sound so yummy, we can't come in w/out the patatas americanas...three more plates i'd love to experience are the grilled north atlantic salmon bbq, duck breast & manchego flautas and chili garlic marinated shrimp...i'm sure it would all be divine ;}

The whole menu looks good - I think I would start with the Grilled Lamb Lollipops and the Patatas Americanas
Being a cab driver in the city, I think it is good professional research to be familiar with the all the establishments that time and money will allow.

Um. Anything. By which I mean ANYTHING! So much goodness. Particularly the CORIANDER SEARED TUNA served with Mango Verde and Lime Sour Cream (Texas meets New Orleans meets Caribbean: story of my life), empanadas two ways or grilled salmon (ditto) and the sea scallops. Because sea scallops are godly.

The whole menu looks delicious, but the empanadas two ways jumped right out at me. Now I'm hungry!

If I could eat the whole menu, I would. But, I'd start with the sliced suck breast over the baby greens, move on to the marinated artichokes, then the bbq pulled pork and prosciutto and potato croquettes. Finish out with some sorbet and the top button of my pants undone. Mmmmm!
