Some of the biggest names in entertainment are in New Orleans as part of this weekend's 15th annual Essence Festival.
It's also one of the biggest tourism draws for the City of New Orleans. Officials with the Convention and Visitors Bureau say that's especially important this year, as local hotels and restaurants struggle with the down economy.
