I I was just down in NOLA for that riotous gathering called Tales of the Cocktail. 15,000 professional and civilian cocktail drinkers descended this July on this fine city for five days of seminars, socializing and serious drinking. All the top mixologists were there making the classics as well as some wild cards. Ever had Bakon, a bacon-infused vodka? It may become my favorite for a "late night breakfast."
