There were more uplifting than odd moments in Wednesday’s New Orleans audition episode of Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance.”
Uplifting: The diverse auditions of New Orleanians Shelby “Skip” Skipper, Edward Spots and Justin Kenney (the first two advanced to the show’s Las Vegas round, Kenney didn’t). Also the dances done by Ohioan Jonathan Litzler, Calvin Turner Jr. of Mobile, Ala., Kimalee Piedad of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and Diana Drexler of Lexington, Ky. – all of whom were advanced by judges Mary Murphy, Adam Shankman and Lil C.
