Rap kingpin Jay-Z is scheduled to perform at the New Orleans Arena on February 25, nine days after Mardi Gras.
The show is part of the 2010 leg of his “BP3 Tour, in support of his latest No. 1 album, “The Blueprint 3.” Young Jeezy is slated to open the show.
