Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.com for Lady Gaga at the New Orleans Arena on April 9, 2011. Yes, tickets will be on sale for her “Monster Ball” tour 11 months before the concert, 11 months and a few days for those who are Citi cardholders and members of its Private Pass program; for them, tickets go on sale Tuesday at 10 a.m. The Arena box office will be open to sell tickets Monday, May 17 at 10 a.m.
