Rouses will open its 38th store in downtown New Orleans in the former Sewell Cadillac dealership, the company announced at a press conference Thursday.
The area will serve the Warehouse District, Central Business District, the Marigny and other downtown areas, including Saints fans tailgating by the Superdome.
