This year marks the tenth anniversary of New Orleans Jazz Celebration's
annual Satchmo Club Strut. A three hour shift entitles you to one
general admission - come help us out! The event is Friday August 6th
from 6pm till 2am - there are also a few shifts of setup the day before
and teardown Saturday. Come help us, enjoy some terrific live music, and
support jazz in New Orleans. Musical acts include the Hot 8 Brass Band,
the Ellis Marsalis Quartet, Freddy Omar, and Kermit Ruffins and the
Barbecue Swingers.
