Matt Manning of Baton Rouge crossed the finish line first Saturday morning, running the Jazz Half Marathon in record time.
Thousands of runners hit the streets of New Orleans on Saturday morning to raise money for Children's Hospital in the second year for the half marathon. WDSU-TV broadcast the event live.
