Living with Hurricanes is a 6,700 square-foot interactive multimedia exhibition. It will combine historical contexts, authentic accounts, immerse environments and more. This exhibition will help visitors to understand Katrina’s impact.

The patron party will take place at Presbytere with cuisine from Stella’s Chef Scott Boswell. Entertainment will be by the phenomenal Derrick Tabb of Rebirth Brass Band. The party will be followed by a celebration and live auction in Jackson Square. Entertainment by Ivy and cuisine from a great list of restaurants such as Le Meritage, Stanley, and Court of Two Sisters will be on hand to make this night a success.
The live auction will feature some great items that will get you excited. Some prizes included are breakfast for a year at Dots Diner, Nottoway Get-a-Way, and Antique Afternoon in the French Quarter among many more.
You definitely don’t want to miss this event and a chance to help The Louisiana State Museum. Louisiana State Museum was founded in 1906 and has a collection exceeding 450,000 artifacts and works of art showcasing Louisiana culture.
