A strong stock filled with yummy meats, seafood, and vegetables, it’s only right that this signature dish ofNew Orleans has its own festival. To help celebrate the gumbo and magnificent food, music, and community culture, the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival createdTreme Creole Gumbo Festival. In its third year, Treme Creole Gumbo Festival will bring us all on a journey through New Orleans food and music on December 11-12 from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm at the Jazz & Heritage Center.
