The Warner Bros./D.C. Comics film version of the superhero comic "The Green Lantern," starring Ryan Reynolds, appears closer than ever to getting the green light to shoot in New Orleans this spring -- but it's not the only big-screen, big-name D.C. Comics adaptation exploring the possibility of shooting in town.
"Red," an adaptation of the Wild Storm/D.C. Comics three-issue series about a retired CIA agent pressed back into action by the re-emergence of an old enemy, is also looking at the possibility of filming in New Orleans this spring, splitting its time between the Big Easy and Toronto.
