Land of Opportunity

Almost five years ago, when the city of New Orleans was devastated by floods caused by the failure of the levees during Hurricane Katrina, the damages seemed irreparable. Thousands were displaced and many seemed hopeless. But there were those who saw this as an opportunity to rebuild with a strength and sustainability that the city had not seen prior to the flooding of 2005.
