New Orleans schools set example


When it comes to public schools in the US, only ten percent of Americans said they were excellent or very good in a recent BBC News and Harris Poll. When asked about charter schools, more than 25 percent handed out top marks.
So could the rest of the education system learn from the charter schools' example? The BBC's Zoe Conway went to New Orleans and reports on how Hurricane Katrina forever changed the city's schools.
