Legislation to create a prestige license plate commemorating the Super Bowl championship of the New Orleans Saints has been signed into law by Gov. Bobby Jindal, legislative records showed Friday.
But when the tags will be available to the public is unclear, said Rep. Jeff Arnold, D-Algiers, sponsor of House Bill 1165, that created the tag.
