Free Training for the CCC

Have you ditched that New Year's resolution already? With the Crescent City Classic just around the corner, it's time to get back on track! Varsity Sports just announced that they will be offering free training for anyone wanting to participate in the race come April. Headed up by two highly qualified coaches, this program begins January 31st and includes workouts for all levels of runners.
