Salú, the city’s hottest new restaurant, welcomes you to Dine Out for a Cause and help support St. Michael Special School. A portion of proceeds from Wednesday, February 23 will be donated to the school. St. Michael’s mission is to provide students with special educational needs opportunities to develop their Catholic faith and to receive a high quality education including religious, academic, social, vocational and physical training. This event marks Salú’s second charity night in its monthly fundraiser series.
Salú’s menu features 30 tantalizing tapas including a mascarpone stuffed medjool date salad with applewood-smoked bacon and roasted peppers and a crabmeat and four-cheese flatbread pizza. The restaurant also features signature Paella dishes for two, which have quickly become a customer favorite. The menu takes inspiration from a variety of Mediterranean and world cuisines, with unexpected twists.
