On February 17th at 7pm, NOVAC, New Orleans Video Access Center, is holding a private sneak peek of "Flood Streets," an independent and locally produced feature film co-written and produced by Helen Krieger and co-written and directed by Joseph Meissner.
"Flood Streets" explores New Orleans' bohemian counterculture in the year following Hurricane Katrina, interweaving characters as eccentric and diverse as the city itself. This event is free of charge, but donations benefiting NOVAC will be accepted at the screening.
