Political pundit and professor James Carville has posted an editorial on CNN.com titled, "New Orleans is Storming Back."
Carville lists what he sees as signs of recovery including Mitch Landrieu winning the recent mayoral election. Of the mayor elect, Carville wrote, "In Landrieu, businesses, congressional leaders, nonprofit organizations and average citizens will finally have a leader and partner in a united city government that promises to restore confidence and get dollars flowing to projects that need them
